As Summer ends and we begin to fall into the crisp season of Fall, make time to energize and nourish your mind and body. The vinyasas are designed to promote youthfulness, grace, flow and balance. The addition of Yin yoga takes us deeper into renewal. Classes are for all ages and levels of wellness. Adding some fun this session, practice with a Yoga Ball.

It all begins with Yoga practice. The principals of breathing, balance, asanas, concentration and meditation compliment all areas of work and play. The goal is to have a healthy mind, body and spirit.

Mat Yoga - 6 Tues. or Thurs. beginning Sept. 3 & 5 6 pm
Pre-Natal Yoga - Tuesdays at 5 or per appointments
Monthly Euchre Club - Third Tuesday of every month 11:30 - 4 pm
