It all begins with Yoga practice. The principals of breathing, balance, asanas, concentration and meditation compliment all areas of work and play. The goal is to have a healthy mind, body and spirit.

Mat Yoga - 7 Tuesdays beginning March 5 at 6 pm
Pre Natal Yoga - Tuesdays at 5 ongoing or per appointments

Note: There is a suggested donation of $5 per class however; no one is ever turned away due to inability to make a contribution.
