Private or Group Classes Available: Chair, Ball or Mat Yoga, Pre and post natal Yoga, Cardio/Strength, Mantra & Meditation, Healthy Back Class and personal programs available by appointment.
It all begins with Yoga practice. The principals of breathing, balance, asanas, concentration and meditation compliment all areas of work and play. The goal is to have a healthy mind, body and spirit.

Mission Statement: To provide a variety of yoga practices to promote physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being for students of all ages and levels of fitness, at an affordable cost.
Note: There is a suggested donation of $5 per class however; no one is ever turned away due to inability to make a contribution.
Cost of personal training programs are negotiated individually.
