The vinyasas are designed to promote youthfulness, grace, flow and balance.  The addition of Yin yoga takes us deeper into renewal. Classes are for all ages and levels of wellness.

Mission Statement: To provide a variety of yoga  practices to promote  physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being for students of all ages and levels of fitness, at an affordable cost.

Note: There is a suggested donation of $5 per class however; no one is ever turned away due to inability to make a contribution.

Cost of personal training programs are negotiated individually.
